Myhre Custom Leather, LLC was founded in Prineville, Oregon by Lacey and Jeff Myhre.

Lacey has been riding horses since she was nine years old. She began competing as a Hunter-Jumper rider in 1984. Now she primarily competes in Cowboy Dressage events, and rides out on trail in the Central Oregon area.

In addition to riding horses, Lacey has always held a deep passion for art and design. She graduated from the University of Oregon with a Bachelor of Architecture in 1997, and was a practicing Oregon Registered Architect in downtown Portland, Oregon for many years, prior to becoming a leather artisan.

Jeff also has a background in art and design. He graduated from the University of Idaho with a Bachelor of Architecture in 1991, and was also a practicing Oregon Registered Architect in downtown Portland for many years. Jeff works in support of Lacey in a design, production and marketing role.

Our leather products are created out of love and passion. For riding horses, for making fine, top-quality, leather products, for the joy of the creative process, and for the love and passion that we share with each other and our family. 

All of our products are 100% American made by Lacey and Jeff Myhre right here in our rural, high desert, Central Oregon workshop.
